Terms of Service (TOS)
All members must agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement
Any member violate the TOS will have his account terminated and any referrals or commissions will be lost
We will inform you with any TOS changes when this happens and
The changes may include editing adding and/or deleting parts of the terms and conditions.

The TOS is a way to organize our services and the relationship between members advertisers and our company
but still there is a space for mercy so we have open heart to hear from you and to help you to solve any issue
just please be honest and everything will be fine:)

we noticed that many members are still clicking in the cheating links so please for all members read the titles of the ads and do not click the cheat link

also we noticed that many members failed in https://www.ipqualityscore.com    &   or https://www.ip2proxy.com/demo#proxyresult

that we use to check if the member is using proxy/vpn or not so please be sure that your ip is successful in ip check in both sites to be sure that you do not use proxy/vpn

we have the right to suspend any member at anytime for clicking the cheating link or using proxy/vpn

4.1 Payments will be processed within few days in most cases you will get your payment within only few hours but if there is some delay then no worries we always pay our honest members

when we have doubts that the member stopped being active enough and stopped clikcing ads or completing offers for really long time that we appreciate and decide according to our point of view then we have the right to refund the withdraw request back to the balance of the member and later when that member become active again he can ask for the payout again without any issue

all the terms of service here are applied to all members retroactively so if any update added here in any time then this update will be applied to all members in all times literally even if this member joined us before this update or even from the first day of the site

As a member the most important is working according to our TOS so at somepoint we may stop updating our FAQ page but for sure we will work to update our TOS so if you find any confliting between the TOS and the FAQ then you must work according to the TOS not the FAQ and remember when you signed up here you accepted with the TOS not the FAQ so stick always to the TOS

4.2 Minimum payout is only .10$ (member will cover any fees needed for sending the payment to his wallet) and then .25$ for all the next payments and we have plans to make it even lower than this

4.9 for security reasons and to achieve the best benefits for our cryptocrowdlicks site any member that did not log in to his account any time in the last 10 days then his his pending payment will be refunded back to his main account balance so the member can ask again for his payout without any issue

1. User Account
1.1 It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts.
1.2 You can only have one account and any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
This applies to your  payment processor accounts which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.3 Each advertisement can be viewed by the same IP only once per 24 hours.
for viewing advertisements an internet connection must be used only by a single user every 24 hours.
any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.
you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Logging in from proxies/VPN or shared
network environments (such as but not limited to schools LAN houses cybercafés etc.) is not allowed

2. Referrals
2.1 Members may refer an unlimited number of direct referrals.
2.2 Every one of your direct referrals must have a unique email address.
2.3 A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
2.4 The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly
However depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.
2.5 You need to be active and click 4 clicks daily to generate income from referrals

2.6 it is not allowed to pay your referrals to encourage them to click (which call referral back) and any one does that then he must send support ticket to us and take our permission to do or continue in this or not otherwise he will be suspended once we catch him and we will always appreciate your efforts so no worries just be honest and talk

3. Payments to cryptocrowdclicks
3.1. All payments can be done by using the links available at Dashboard in Add Funds section.
No other method of payment will be accepted.
3.2. All payments are non-refundable
3.3. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
This suspension will be then evaluated depending on and according to the causes that led to it.

4. Payments to Users
4.1 Payments will be processed within few days in most cases you will get your payment within only few hours but if there is some delay then no worries we always pay our honest members
4.2 Minimum payout is only .10$ (member will cover any fees needed for sending the payment to his wallet) and then .25$ for all the next payments and we have plans to make it even lower than this
4.3 We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor.
Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
4.4 You must have a correct and existing payment processor's ID. All payments will go directly
to that user's account ID and cannot be canceled.
4.5 Any refunds by you of any payments we send you will be ignored and they won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
4.6 For security reasons cryptocrowdclicks reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request
and ask for more information from a member.
4.7 Posting your payment proof screenshot in Payment Proofs section of forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.
If this condition is not met then your next cashout request will not be processed until the condition is met.
4.8 Any attempts for manipulating the system can result in suspension of your account.
4.9 for security reasons and to achieve the best benefits for our cryptocrowdlicks site any member that did not log in to his account any time in the last 10 days then his his pending payment will be refunded back to his main account balance so the member can ask again for his payout without any issue

5. Advertisements
5.1 You as a member can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
5.2 We do not accept advertising pages that break out of frames have malicious code redirect to another page have adult or illegal content
5.3 We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

6. Forum
6.1 New topics must be posted in properly regulations place.
6.2 You have the right to express your opinion as long as it does not offend other members.
6.3 Any accusation without proof intimidation threat or disrespect is not allowed and may lead to
account termination
6.4 We do not accept topics or posts related to politics religion sex or race

7. Anti-Cheat Policy
7.1 Each attempt in any way to hack into the system will be logged.
7.2 Sometimes we will warn you sometimes we will not. In either way when you request payout
our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return.
Normally attempts to hack the system will result in account suspension.
7.3 You can`t use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you including
but not limited to any software plugin script or auto clicker.
7.4 The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.
7.5 Every attempt to create fake accounts will be logged and the gains from the fake accounts will be canceled.

8. Account Suspension
8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including but not limited to the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
8.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or use the same email addresses on a new account.
